Can I just start off by saying how cute Sophie looks in this pic? ^^^ I love that she’s licking her lips! She’s such a cooperative little model 🙂 In reality though, she was probably just hungry. As soon as we finished taking pictures, she ate the entire tray of ice cubes. I mean, who does that?
Sophie. That’s who. {I promise… I DO feed her}.
These gummy worm ice cubes are so cute, and take just a couple minutes to put together. We dyed our water purple to make it more fun, but you could do any color you want. You could also use juice or kool-aid, that way when the ice starts to melt in your drink, it adds extra flavor.
Simply fill an ice-cube tray with some gummy worms and pour in your water {or whatever drink you choose}. Stick them in the freezer til frozen solid, and you’re good to go!
But if you’re going to make spooky ice cubes, you need to make a spooky drink to go with them! We whipped up some Brew-Ha-Ha Punch, which was a perfectly eerie shade of green.
Again, my little helper couldn’t resist taking a taste. She wasn’t too sure about the punch though… It had ginger ale in it, and she thinks anything with carbonation is “spicy” 🙂
Regardless, the ice cubes were a big hit! And apparently very delicious. I wouldn’t know, though… she didn’t leave any for me 🙂
