In my house, we are big on family time. We make sure we always have time set aside to be together and enjoy each other’s company. Right now while my kids are little, it’s pretty easy! But I’m sure it’ll get a lot harder once they’re older and involved in different activities. If we have an established pattern of family time now, though, I think we will definitely be able to keep these traditions when life gets busier.
In my church, we talk about having a weekly family night where you focus on spending quality time with each other, and building your relationships. It usually involves a lesson, game, and of course – a treat! I bet you can guess what my kids’ favorite part is 🙂
We’re always looking for fun and simple treats we can do for family night. I prefer something that the kids can help with, that doesn’t make a huge mess, and that isn’t too unhealthy. These mini pies fit the bill!
All you need is Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust, Reddi-wip®, and Light & Fit® Greek Apple Pie Yogurt. It was so easy, the kids had no problem putting them together! And they’re the perfect portion size for little ones.
All you have to do is scoop the yogurt into the pie crusts and top it with a bit of Reddi-wip®. See? Told you it was easy! No baking required 🙂
As you can see from the pictures, the kiddos were quick to sneak a taste… then devour their entire pie. They definitely love them!
- Light & Fit® Greek Apple Pie Yogurt
- Reddi-wip®
- Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- Spoon yogurt into the pie crusts.
- Top with a Reddi-wip® and serve immediately!
You can mix things up a bit and add some more toppings – I added some caramel sauce to mine! Head over HERE to check out some fun ideas and recipes to make these pies even better. There is also a pumpkin pie flavored yogurt, which is just as delicious.
You can find all the ingredients you need at Walmart! The yogurt and Reddi-wip® were in the dairy section, and the pie crusts were on the holiday baking setup.
