Caramel Apple Cider

August 17, 2015 by Alli 1 Comment

This yummy caramel apple cider is so easy, and absolutely delicious!

Fall is almost upon us, y’all! It’s my favorite time of the year, and I can’t wait for the weather to cool down a bit. Or a lot. Preferably a lot.

I’m the weirdo who drinks hot chocolate and apple cider all summer long, even if it means I have to crank up the A/C and sit under a fan. So with fall comes the opportunity to drink all the cocoa and cider I want without breaking a sweat. And that’s happiness, my friends.

I love the caramel apple cider from Starbucks, and this tastes pretty darn close! So so good. Mixing in some heavy cream makes it oh-so-delicous and creamy. And that, combined with the vanilla, gives it a caramel-ey flavor without even adding any caramel. But if your heart desires, you can definitely mix some caramel sauce in there. I tried it out, and it was a bit too much for my taste, plus it didn’t look so pretty. And to a blogger, prettiness is kind of important 🙂

So I just top the cider with whipped cream and drizzle on some caramel. It doesn’t get much better than this!

Delicious caramel apple cider - so yummy, and only takes a couple minutes to make!
