Baked Apple Chips
These apple chips are crisp, sweet, and healthy!
  • 2 Apples
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
  2. Slice apples into thin slices (see above pictures) and lay out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar - I use about ½ tsp of sugar per Granny Smith apple, but this is up to you! If you choose a sweeter apple, you could leave the sugar out.
  4. Bake for about 2 hours, flipping halfway through. Chips are done when they are wavy and start to turn golden colored.
  5. Turn off oven, and leave the chips in until cool. They will crisp up as they cool.
